Home Automation Pty Limited (ABN 57 010 923 654) ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you contact us, request a quote or engage us for work, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or suburb, details of the work you want done, and any photos or information you choose to send us.
When you use this website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, provide support and servicing, send invoices, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share information where it's needed to do the job, for example with suppliers when ordering equipment for your property, or with service providers who host our email and website. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Spam protection
Our contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser for that purpose, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Enquiries sent through this website travel over an encrypted connection.
System and device information
When we install or support smart home, security or IT systems, we may have access to device settings, network details or account information. We only use that access to do the work you've asked for, and we don't keep passwords longer than needed.

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below.
