Wi-Fi that reaches the back shed, and the front gate

The network is the foundation of every smart home and every business. We design it properly so it's fast everywhere and the smart devices live on their own segment.

Networks & Wi-Fi, done properly

Dead spots, a router from the ISP in a cupboard and twenty smart devices on the same network as your banking laptop: that's the norm, and it's why smart homes feel flaky.

We design networks with proper access points, wired backhaul where it counts, separate segments for smart devices and guests, and point-to-point links for gates, granny flats and sheds.

Why it's different with us

The details that make it last

01

Coverage first

Access points placed where the signal is needed, not where the NBN box happens to be.

02

Smart devices fenced off

Cameras, hubs and appliances on their own segment, away from your computers.

03

Reach the gate

Wireless bridges and outdoor access points for intercoms and cameras at the boundary.

04

Managed and monitored

Optional monitoring so we see problems before you notice them.

How it works

Simple from start to finish

  1. 01

    Talk it through

Tell us what you want to automate, fix or improve. Photos help. We'll give you an honest idea of what's possible.

  2. 02

    Site visit & design

We look at the gate, doors, windows and network, then design a system that fits the house and your routine.

  3. 03

    Clean install

Installed, wired and tested by our own team, with safety devices set up and the mess cleaned up.

  4. 04

    Handover & support

We show everyone how it works, set up the app and stay on call for servicing, changes and upgrades.

Questions

Networks & Wi-Fi FAQs

Why does my Wi-Fi drop out in some rooms?

Usually it's one router trying to cover a house built from brick, tile and glass. Properly placed access points with wired backhaul fix it for good.

Do smart devices really need their own network?

It's best practice. Many smart devices are rarely updated, and keeping them separate protects the computers and phones that hold your personal data.

Can you get a signal to my gate intercom?

Yes. Depending on distance, we run cable, install an outdoor access point or set up a point-to-point wireless bridge.
